Proposal & Agreement
Based on your brief, we'll prepare a detailed proposal covering scope of work, formulation approach, pricing, and indicative timelines. Once agreed, we formalise the engagement with a manufacturing agreement that protects your intellectual property and sets clear expectations for both parties.

Formulation Development
Our formulation team develops your product in our in-house laboratory, balancing ingredient performance, product stability, sensory experience, and manufacturing practicality. We iterate based on your feedback until the formulation meets your brief. Stability and compatibility testing is conducted throughout.

Scale-Up & Trial Batch
Once the formulation is approved, we scale from laboratory to commercial production. A trial batch is produced in our GMP-compliant facility to validate the formulation at scale, confirm process parameters, and ensure the product performs consistently. You'll receive samples for final review and approval.

Bulk Manufacturing
With the trial batch approved, we move into full commercial production. Our facility supports batch sizes from 200 kg up to 10,000 kg, with vacuum homogenising and liquid mixing capabilities. Every batch is produced to ISO 22716 GMP standards with full traceability and documentation.

Filling, Packing & Dispatch
We fill and pack your finished product across a range of formats — tubes, bottles, jars, sachets, pumps and sprays. Quality checks are conducted throughout the filling and packing process. Once complete, finished goods are prepared for dispatch to your nominated warehouse or distribution partner.
