Quality Is Not a Credential. It's How We Operate.
Every product that leaves our Melbourne facility is manufactured to ISO 22716 GMP standards — with full traceability, rigorous in-process controls, and documentation at every stage.
Our Quality Commitment
At Cosmoris Laboratories, quality is embedded in every step of the manufacturing process — not applied at the end. From raw material receipt through to finished goods dispatch, we operate to internationally recognised standards that protect your brand, your customers, and your regulatory standing.
Recognised Standards, Verified Compliance
ISO 22716:2007
Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics
ISO 22716 is the internationally recognised standard for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the cosmetic industry. It covers the production, control, storage, and shipment of cosmetic products, providing guidelines for the management of human, technical, and administrative factors that affect product quality. Our facility is certified to ISO 22716:2007.
GMP Compliant Facility
Good Manufacturing Practice
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance means our facility, equipment, processes, and personnel meet the standards required to consistently produce cosmetic products of the quality appropriate for their intended use. GMP compliance is a prerequisite for supplying cosmetics to major retailers and regulated markets.
Australian Made & Owned
Manufactured in Melbourne, Australia
All products are manufactured in our Melbourne, Australia facility. Australian-made provenance supports your brand's traceability claims, resonates with consumers in domestic and international markets, and ensures your supply chain is subject to Australian regulatory oversight.
Controls at Every Stage
Raw Material Receipt & Testing
All incoming raw materials are received, inspected, and tested against specification before release for use in production. Materials that do not meet specification are quarantined and rejected.
In-Process Controls
Critical process parameters are monitored and recorded throughout manufacturing. In-process checks confirm that each batch is progressing to specification before moving to the next stage.
Batch Documentation
Every batch is accompanied by comprehensive manufacturing records that document raw materials used, process parameters, in-process results, and finished goods testing. Full traceability from raw material to finished product.
Stability & Compatibility Testing
Formulations are assessed for stability and compatibility with packaging materials during development and scale-up. This ensures your product performs as intended throughout its shelf life.
Finished Goods Release
Finished goods are inspected and reviewed against specification before release for dispatch. Products that do not meet release criteria are held for investigation.
Retained Samples
Retained samples are held for each batch produced, supporting post-market surveillance, complaint investigation, and regulatory requirements.
